The three pricing models
Concierge services in Switzerland are offered in three models. Which one fits depends on how often you use the service:
- Per task or hourly rate: approx. CHF 90–150 per hour – ideal for occasional requests
- Monthly allowance: e.g. 5–10 hours or a defined number of tasks per month at preferential rates
- Annual membership: with luxury providers often CHF 5,000–20,000+ per year for unlimited requests
What influences the price?
Not every wish costs the same. What matters is effort and exclusivity:
- Standard tasks like reservations: a few minutes to an hour
- Complex wishes like event planning or travel organisation: several hours to a flat rate
- Short notice: same-day requests may carry surcharges
- External costs (tickets, goods, suppliers) are always passed through directly
Membership or on-demand – which is better?
Luxury memberships only pay off with very frequent use – often you pay for services you never need. The on-demand model with hour packages is the more honest choice for most Swiss clients: you pay only when you actually use the service and keep full cost control.
Is a concierge service worth it?
